Terms of Service
Last updated: May 10, 2026
1. Overview
Welcome to Selah Revival (“Studio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and purchases made through our online shop or custom commission process.
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Products & Handmade Nature
All Selah Revival pieces are handmade using traditional cyanotype processes, natural botanicals, sunlight, and water. Because of this process:
Each piece is one of a kind
Variations in tone, composition, and botanical placement are expected
No two items will be identical
These variations are part of the artistic process and are not considered defects.
3. Orders & Payment
All payments are processed securely through third-party providers, including Stripe and PayPal.
By placing an order, you agree that:
All information provided is accurate and complete
You are authorized to use the selected payment method
Payment will be collected at the time of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
4. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing times vary depending on whether an item is ready-to-ship or made-to-order. Estimated timelines are provided at checkout or within product descriptions.
Once an order has been shipped, Selah Revival is not responsible for:
Postal delays
Lost or stolen packages
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of all Selah Revival pieces, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review the situation and assist where appropriate.
6. Custom Commissions
Custom cyanotype commissions are available for select items and materials.
Each commission is a collaborative process influenced by natural light, seasonal conditions, and botanical materials. While creative direction is welcomed, the final result will always be shaped by the cyanotype process itself.
Because of this:
Exact replication is not possible
Slight variations are expected and embraced
Completion timelines may vary depending on conditions
We may require a deposit to begin custom work, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment.
We reserve the right to decline custom requests that are not aligned with the studio process or materials.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including artwork, product images, text, and designs — is the property of Selah Revival and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
8. Website Use
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. We reserve the right to restrict access or remove content if necessary to protect the integrity of the studio or website.
9. Third-Party Services
